Our director and senior therapist is an international expert in child development and sensory processing, with over 23 years of clinical experience. Having been awarded with a Fellowship with the Royal Society of Medicine, Mr Dimitrios Mylonadis is an active clinician and academic, as he educates students and other professionals worldwide.

Office Manager

Other than completing her Legal Practice Course (LPC), Eliza has extensive experience working in the health sector, that included administrative duties in a private hospital and in the surveillance unit of the Ministry of Health of Cyprus. Her highly trained organizational skills and ability to pay attention to details has assisted our clinic to ensure that our clients and collaborations are well informed throughout their journey with us.

Business Management Consultant

Having worked in corporate litigation as an Australian lawyer, Anthony joined our team in 2019 to help us further develop our practice standards. The focus is on effective client support and adherence to HCPC and GDPR principles. Because of his legal and corporate experience, he is uniquely equipped to understand, assess and advise us on the finest standards of practice, to assist us in providing the best possible service to our clients.

Ilianna Tsalamata

BSc (Hons), MSc

Psychologist, specialising in behavioural and cognitive rehabilitation

Ilianna holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Clinical Neuropsychology and cognitive rehabilitation. She has extensive experience of working with children with autism, intellectual disabilities, learning difficulties and challenging behaviours.  She specialises on early intensive behavioural intervention and focuses on misbehaviour by using both cognitive and behavioural approaches where she is helping children to first recognise, label and express their emotions to prevent challenging behaviour. She brings a friendly and welcoming attitude to her therapeutic approaches, as well as making sessions fun and engaging for children.

Mahmud Rahaman

Occupational Therapist

Md Rahaman earned his BSc Hons in Occupational Therapy from Bangladesh Health Professions Institute under the Medicine Faculty of Dhaka University in 2003. He is a HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist and a Member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists. Additionally, Md Rahaman has successfully completed postgraduate Sensory Integration Modules 1 & 2 from Sensory Integration Education, accredited by Ulster and Sheffield Hallam University.

 

Since February 2011, he has been serving in NHS as a band 7 Occupational Therapist  specializing in the care of elderly and adult clients. In October 2021, Md Rahaman joined Hopscotch Children's Therapy Centre, where he currently works part-time as an Occupational Therapist. He also worked as an Occupational Therapist at School for Gifted Children (special needs school) and a rehabilitation center in Bangladesh for three years.

Mokter’s journey in occupational therapy has taken him through various critical areas within healthcare, including  Paediatric and Geriatric client at Accident and Emergency (A&E), acute inpatient care, intermediate care, and rehabilitation. This extensive exposure has honed his ability to handle diverse cases and challenges. In these fast-paced environments, he has cultivated the skills necessary to perform holistic assessments, ensuring a thorough understanding of each individual's unique needs.

Central to his practice is a client-centred approach, placing the individual at the heart of their rehabilitation journey. Through effective communication and collaboration, he works with clients to set meaningful goals, empowering them to actively participate in their recovery process. 

His career in occupational therapy has been characterized by a steadfast dedication to providing high-quality, person-centred care. He brings a wealth of experience across various healthcare settings, a commitment to ongoing professional development, and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of those I serve. I am excited about the prospect of continuing to contribute to the field of occupational therapy, leveraging my skills and experience to enhance the well-being of individuals in need.
